GENERALAll purchases of wellness consulting services, lab testing coordination, and digital products are non-refundable. When you complete a purchase, you are reserving our time, expertise, and resources dedicated specifically to you. Work on your case begins promptly after payment — this includes coordinating your onboarding process, reviewing the information and lab results you share with us, and preparing your personalized recommendations and protocols. For this reason, refunds are not available once a service has been rendered or work has commenced.
Refunds are only considered in the case of consultation cancellation, meaning when the consultation has not yet taken place. All other situations — including dissatisfaction with results or outcomes — are not eligible for a refund, as individual results depend on a variety of factors beyond our control.
CANCELLATION POLICYIf you need to cancel your scheduled consultation, please notify us as soon as possible via email at
simakovawellness.help@gmail.com or via messenger. The date and time of your message will be used to determine eligibility.
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation: refund of up to 75% of the amount paid
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: refund of up to 50% of the amount paid
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: no refund
- After the consultation has taken place: no refund
- After recommendations, protocols, or lab interpretations have been delivered: no refund
LAB TESTINGLab testing fees are non-refundable once a lab order has been placed. By authorizing a lab order, you acknowledge that the funds are committed and cannot be recovered.
DIGITAL PRODUCTSAll sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been purchased.
EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCESA full refund may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of documented serious illness, family emergency, or other force majeure events. Each case will be evaluated individually. To submit a request, contact us at
